Staszek Karpiel-Bu³ecka on the confusion with horses at Morskie Oko. He says it straight

Stanis³aw Karpiel-Bu³ecka has spoken out about the scandal that has been caused in the media by horse-drawn carriages taking tourists to Morskie Oko. The musician has a clear position on this issue.

The issue of tourists being transported in horse-drawn carriages to Morskie Oko has recently received wide media coverage. Public opinion has drawn attention to the way horses are treated, as they work in difficult conditions for several or even a dozen or so hours a day. This is all due to a recording that went viral a few weeks ago. One of the tourists captured on film the driver hitting the horse when it fell and could not get up from exhaustion.

After the incident, comments from celebrities appeared online, including Maja Staśko and Edyta Golec. Now that the matter has calmed down a bit, Stanisław Karpiel-Bułecka has also commented on it. In an interview with the Jastrząb Post portal, the musician stated that tourists who do not have problems with movement should go to the lake on their own. However, if they do not feel like it, they can go for a walk on Krupówki instead of Morskie Oko.

“Let the tourists get up, buy some sneakers and walk on their feet. We don’t torture animals, we don’t travel by bus, the mountains are there to walk on their feet. If someone doesn’t feel like it, then they shouldn’t go to the mountains. I recommend that such people take a walk along Krupówki. Of course, some people will get mad at me, but that’s the truth. The mountains are for walking on their feet, not riding horses,” the musician explained in an interview with the Jastrząb Post portal.
