Bojarska-Ferenc noticed that many people still don’t know how to talk about it. – People in Poland, for some unknown reason, talk about various things, but unfortunately they don’t talk about something as important as sex, as intimacy. They pretend that the stork brings babies – she said.
– The Stone Age is over and it’s high time we talked about certain things openly. Likewise, when it comes to love in adulthood, it exists, it’s of course different. […] Let’s behave normally and educate ourselves, because the more a woman and a man are educated on this topic, the more intimacy and sex can be a truly great pleasure – she said.
Bojarska-Ferenc: A desirable woman feels very young
This is not the first time Bojarska-Ferenc has spoken about sex in adulthood. Some time ago, in an interview with Pudelek, she admitted that it may even be better than in youth. – A mature woman can communicate better with her partner. I often hear from young people that they are ashamed to talk to each other. […] A desirable woman feels very young, and I feel very young. I don’t hide the fact that I like sex. Sex is healthy, because it improves your condition, your skin looks beautiful, “glow”. You relax, you lose a lot of calories – the trainer confessed.

In January of this year, Mariola Bojarska-Ferenc turned 63. How does she keep fit? The trainer does not hide the fact that she exercises a lot. In addition, she pays attention to what ends up on her plate. However, she is not a fan of fasting and rigorous diets.
