Preparing a green tea infusion to nourish your feet is not difficult. What will you need?
- 5-6 green tea bags;
- 1.5 liters of hot water;
- salt;
- bowl;
- moisturizing cream.
If you already have all the necessary ingredients, you can proceed to preparing the foot mixture. Just put the tea bags in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Wait until it brews, remove the bags and add a small amount of salt. When the tea cools down, soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Then wash them and apply a moisturizing cream. Repeat up to 3 times a week.
