The word “WAGs” comes from English (Wives and Girlfriends) and describes the partners of football players. We are talking about both formal and informal relationships. Due to the fact that the 17th edition of the European Championships has just started, we present some of our selections.

Adam Buksa was selected for Euro 2024. He usually plays as a striker for the Turkish club Antalyaspor. The footballer has been in a relationship with Aleksandra Zębala since December 2017. On June 10, 2023, information about the engagement appeared on Ola’s Instagram profile.
On May 31, 2024, the couple got married. The ceremony took place in Krakow in the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Poland in Wola Justowska. The bride presented herself in an impressive dress with lots of ruffles.
Przemysław Frankowski appeared on Adam Buksa. He plays as a midfielder and plays for the French club RC Lens. The footballer is married to Aleksandra Machaj. They met in one of the clubs in Sopot. At that time, Przemek played for Lechia Gdańsk, and Ola’s brother, Mateusz Machaj, also belonged to the team. The couple got married on June 15, 2019. They have two sons: Jakub and Franciszek. The first one was born in 2018, the second one in 2021.

Jan Bednarek plays as a defender for the English club Southampton and for the Polish national team. On June 16, 2022, he married Julia Nowak. The couple met online when Julka was in her final year of high school. The footballer’s wife comes from Częstochowa. In the past, she was involved in modeling and computer graphics. Bednarek and Nowak officially became a couple in 2017. Two years later, they lived together in England, and on August 9, 2021, they welcomed their daughter, Lilly.
Kamil Grosicki plays as a midfielder in the Polish club Pogoń Szczecin, of which he is the captain. He has been a Polish representative since 2008. He took part in the 2012 and 2016 European Championships and the 2018 and 2022 World Championships. The footballer has been married to Dominika since October 7, 2011. They have a daughter, Maja, who was born in 2012. Together they also raise Dominika’s son from a previous relationship.
At first, the woman was not interested in meeting Grosicki. – I was terribly in love with her, but she had someone else. So I was a buddy, a friend, even though I still had a crush on her. We were together for a while, then she put me aside for a year – Kamil recalled in an interview with “Przegląd Sportowy”.
