When the owner entered the premises, inhabited by a woman with two children, it turned out to be terribly dirty, and the furniture was soaked with urine and animal feces. Everything was ready to be thrown away and thoroughly renovated. The owner suspected that rabbits were also kept there and ran around the rooms on their own. Now, in a new video on TikTok, the man said that there were not just a few of them, but… several dozen, because the tenant ran a farm.

Many people who want to rent are surprised by the conditions increasingly set by landlords. Advertisements often include a stipulation that smoking or pets should not be kept in the premises. All this for the sake of the rooms, the renovation of which is not cheap, and after the lease period they should be restored to the condition they were in on the day the tenant entered the building and signed the contract.
In May 2024, Mr. Arkadiusz shared several videos on TikTok in which he showed what condition his tenant had left his apartment in. He recently provided new details about the case. He renovates the apartment himself on an ongoing basis. – Wardrobes, sofas and so on, everything ended up in the trash, he said. What does the tenant say? – I tried many times to contact the lady who caused the damage and rented the apartment from me, but she never answered my calls. Once, she responded casually to a few text messages, where, fortunately, she admitted everything. This will be important evidence in the case, the man confessed. However, it turns out that the woman does not want to pay for the destruction caused by the rabbits.
What is needed to breed a rabbit? The tenant needed an apartment with just a few rooms
After the recordings were made available, which had even several million views, several people wrote to Mr. Arkadiusz with information that rabbits were being bred in his apartment. There were supposed to be several dozen of them in the rooms. How do Internet users know about this? Apparently they saw it with their own eyes. – It turns out that many of you were right, because you wrote in the comments that it looked like a rabbit farm, and indeed it was. A dozen or so people wrote to me in private messages that they recognized my apartment because they bought a rabbit from a farm there. You were the one who started a rabbit farm in my apartment. There were over thirty of them, they lived freely, relieved themselves everywhere, did whatever they wanted, bit whatever they wanted. This lady had no control over it, the man said.
