Danuta Martyniuk worked in “the hardest job in the world” and is thinking of returning to it

When I worked in oncology, it was really hard. I believe that nurses, like police officers, should retire earlier. Yes, I’m retiring after 15 years, because it is the hardest profession in Poland

Being a nurse is a big mental burden

In an interview for “Super Express”, Danuta Martyniuk emphasized that this profession carries a heavy psychological burden and it is easy to burn out. Various difficulties and seeing strangers suffer they made her realize how important it is to appreciate health and family.

I encountered people’s suffering. I realized that you have to be happy that you have a healthy family, because I have seen a lot of tragedies. Mothers of small children were dying. This nurse, seeing this, feels so burnt out that she simply loses her mind

Danuta Martyniuk resigned from her job when she and her husband moved to Grabówka outside Białystok. Commuting to the hospital then became a big obstacle because she did not have a driving license, which made her severely limited. Now, however, he admits that he is considering returning to his profession. He emphasizes that today he is a much more independent and self-confident person, and such features make working in this profession extremely easier.

More and more often I think about returning to the nursing profession after some time. I have always felt the desire to help other people and I felt satisfaction when I worked professionally

Did the metamorphosis start your thoughts about returning to your profession?

Last year, there was a lot of talk about metamorphosis. Danuta Martyniuk lost 15 kg thanks to changing her diet and increasing physical activity. However, she did not stop there, because along with the natural change in her appearance, she decided to undergo a series of beauty treatments. The reason for the change was not just to feel better about myselfbut also unpleasant comments about her appearance, which she mentioned in “Question for Breakfast”:

The comments were very unflattering about me, saying that I looked like Zenek’s mother. I decided to undergo a metamorphosis and I think I succeeded

After her transformation, Danuta Martyniuk is more visible in the media and even appeared in the music video for her husband’s song, which you can see above. So, has Danuta Martyniuk’s metamorphosis made certain fears that made work in the hospital even more difficult disappear now? Especially since she spoke about her former profession at the same time as she talked about her transformation. Time will tell whether the wife of the disco polo king will work as a nurse again.
