He had four wives and “hundreds of mistresses”. He claimed that “a ringed person feels like he’s in a cage”

He was not only an excellent actor, but also one of the greatest admirers of the Polish People’s Republic. At the peak of his popularity, Tadeusz Pluciñski did not shy away from romances with fans and the biggest cinema stars. Although he got married four times, none of his marriages stood the test of time. What was his private life like?

In the 1970s, Tadeusz Pluciński was one of the most outstanding and at the same time most handsome actors in the domestic film industry, although he became involved with it somewhat by accident. He was studying law when he met on the platform, an actress from the Syrena Theater in Łódź. They quickly started dating, as she was his first serious love. One day he decided to look at her during rehearsal and that’s when he caught her eye. The renowned actor and satirist immediately noticed his stage predispositions and offered to prepare him for the entrance exams to theater school. And that’s how his career began.

He was called a lover, even though he did not want to be one. Pluciński revealed when he had first physical contact with a woman

From the very beginning, Pluciński had a reputation in the community as a real light-hearted person and did not pay proper attention to his duties. – I used to believe that what you have to do today, do it the day after tomorrow and you will have two days off – in “Gazeta Wyborcza”. Despite this, directors were happy to entrust him with roles because he was handsome and many women fell under his charm. He quickly became a cinema enthusiast, although, as he claimed, he never wanted to. However, he had above-average predispositions for this, he was able to seduce, which he had been doing since his teenage years. In an interview, he even argued that as a 13-year-old he had slept with a woman, and even with… his friend’s mother. – In her excuse, I would add that I looked like her son, who was older than me – he said, adding that the talent for flirting was simply in his blood. – It wasn’t me who had women. It was the women who had me, he said with a laugh.

He became an even greater magnet for women when he started appearing regularly on screen. His credits include productions such as “His Wife’s Husband”, “Brunet in the Evening”, “Stakes Greater than Life”, and “Hydrozagadka”. More often, however, the colorful press wrote about his numerous, high-profile love affairs. It was not without reason that he was called “an eternal lover”. What was his love life like?

How many wives did Pluciński have? He left one of them and started an affair with Kalina Jędrusik

For the first time on the wedding carpet, Pluciński stood next to the opera singer Bożena Braun-Barańska, who was 7 years older than her. Although he claimed to be madly in love with her, after only 4 years the marriage became history overnight. Almost immediately, he started a relationship with his colleague Ilona Stawińska, but this relationship ended shortly after the wedding. All because the actor had an affair with Kalina Jędrusik. – I thought it would be true love, but it was a provincial romance – with bitterness when he left her for another after 5 years.

Then he swore his fidelity to the choreographer Krystyna Mazurówna in front of the altar, but this time he was unable to keep his promise, and they divorced after 3 years. The actor’s fourth wife was Jolanta Wołłejko, with whom he had two sons before the wedding. It seemed that they were united by their love of the grave board. Even though the woman knew about his sideways jumps, she tried to turn a blind eye to it for the sake of the children. However, the bitterness finally overflowed and after 20 years, the news about them broke like a bolt from the blue. They parted peacefully and remained friends until the end of Pluciński’s life. – Every time I believed, and so did my women, that I would change. That I will settle down – he said in Gazeta.pl, adding that when the feeling became commonplace, he also lost interest. – I liked being married, but I also liked freedom. Ringed, I felt like I was in a cage. Only after the divorce could I really become friends with my wives, he said. If you feel like it, vote in our poll below.
