Psychotherapist and sexologist Andrzej Gryżewski is the co-author of the books “The art of handling the penis” and “The art of handling the vagina”. It was in the second publication that the topic of “vaginalia” appeared, i.e. meetings among women during which there are no taboo topics. According to the expert, evenings with friends during which erotic topics are discussed may attract women’s attention, among others: for possible problems in a relationship that has not been close for a long time.
This is the moment when one of the partners in a white relationship wants to change something in the relationship. The couple usually goes to a specialist who helps them deal with the problem
– he emphasized in an interview with “Dzień Dobry TVN”.
“I encourage patients to arrange their vaginas”
As the expert points out, there should be a relaxed atmosphere during vaginal intercourse. “I always encourage my patients to have a vaginal party with their friends from time to time. They meet for erotic purposes, which does not have to mean sex, absolutely. You can order sushi, open a bottle of wine, or even a few, because red wine is a valued aphrodisiac and it relaxes the atmosphere” – we read in “The Art of Vagina Service”.
Gryżewski explains that women meeting in a safe space could talk about their lovers, masturbation, erotic gadgets, experiences in bed and whether they achieve orgasm. “You can watch movies or vibrators, exchange experiences. Or show each other’s c**ts. I had patients who had such fun with their friends. To get rid of their complexes, they first showed each other their breasts and then their c**ts. *i. Slightly controversial, but if it works, why not?” – he urged.
What happens on the vagina, stays on the vagina
According to him, in order to be successful, all participants of this type of meetings should adopt the rule: What happens in the vaginas, stays in the vaginas. “To adopt a rule that also applies in the therapy office: everything we talk about, every word that is said here, the story told, what we show each other and what we bring, accessories, photos, films, books – stays between us. So that each of us you could feel safe,” he emphasized.
