How to lift drooping eyelids without surgery? Reach for a spoon

The cause of a drooping eyelid is the temporalis muscle pressing on it. Its formation is influenced by, among others: slouching and improperly holding the head. If you want to relax a muscle, use a spoon. Place it on the outer corner of the eye, approximately at the level of the end of the eyebrow, and use the cutlery to pull the skin upwards. Hold for a few seconds. Then do the same thing, only in two other places: in the middle of the eyebrow and at the beginning. Finally, use your fingers to lift and hold the entire eyebrow for 5 seconds. The difference will be visible to the naked eye. In addition, you can do one simple exercise every day. It involves opening your eyes wide and avoiding wrinkling your forehead at the same time.
