However, few of them talk about the reason for this state of affairs, which is paying minimal contributions or not paying them at all.

Some time ago, she also decided to speak out on this matter. Although the actress celebrated her 65th birthday in December 2023, she does not intend to retire for now. In an interview, she admitted that she would work professionally as long as she could. However, her financial situation does not motivate her to do so, because she took care of it well in advance. – I have always been extremely sensible. It has been said for several decades that the pension system in Poland would collapse sooner or later, so I decided not to rely on it and tried to secure my pension myself, she explained.
At the same time, she emphasized that acting, including working on the set, or running the Garnizon Sztuki theater are not her only sources of income. The actress has boldly invested her money over the years, and although her decisions were not always right, which she openly admits, in the end she gained much more than she lost.

Wolszczak also did not hide her disappointment with the attitude of stars who complain about their fate in the colorful press and gossip portals. She stated that everyone is the architect of their own fate and it was their decisions that led to this particular situation. She noted that the pension system in Poland has been in decline for a long time, and failure to meet the obligation to pay, while lacking any “emergency plan”, is simply mindless.
At the same time, she emphasized that she quickly understood the value of money and handled it wisely, so that now she did not have to worry about her fate. – I won’t cry in the media, but not everyone is so resourceful, so I understand and sympathize with those who cry in the media or into their pillows because at a certain age you may not have any imagination or can’t organize it all.
