One of the biggest stars of the series was undoubtedly Maciej Friedek, a former investigation policeman and operational employee. He made his debut by playing for a year in , and only then received the main role in “Detectives”. From time to time he also appeared in other formats, such as Kuba Wojewódzki’s talk show. When the decision was made to end production in 2012, he also withdrew from public life.

Shortly thereafter, they decided to move to Krakow, where they opened a successful restaurant with vegetarian food in Kazimierz. They also have a daughter.
On October 13, 2024, Maciej Friedek will celebrate his 51st birthday. The actor does not intend to return to the world of show business and pursues his career outside of it.
