The 6th season of “Sanatorium of Love” was, to put it mildly, very stormy. The program resulted in more than one dispute between the patients, and the stay in the titular sanatorium was very far from the idyllic image known to us from previous editions. The atmosphere was tense, especially among the women, who were unable to reach an agreement for a long time. Although the final episode of “Sanatorium of Love” brought a lot of emotion to the viewers, it did not overshadow what happened before. Immediately after the end of the program, viewers accused the creators that it was the worst edition so far.

When the dust of the finale had settled a bit, its director Małgorzata Cyganek-Jędrzejczyk spoke about the love show for seniors. In one of her Facebook posts, the creator mentioned the participants of the previous edition separately. “I had the great pleasure of directing the 6th edition of the ‘Sanatorium of Love’ program, it was a challenge… and a big one at that… I also learned life lessons from many people and I am even more grateful for that. Of course, I read the viewers’ comments… The good and the bad … Everyone has the right to their opinion, so I will write something too,” Cyganek-Jędrzejczyk began.
Then the director praised the show’s participants, listing their positive features one by one: “I honestly would like to have as much courage and charisma as Małgosia, as much charm as Janinka and Teodozja. As much self-confidence as Maria, charm as Maria Luiza and class as Ela and Maria W. I I dream about Zygmunt’s wit – I love Zygmunt with all my heart. I am impressed by Staś’s class and Stefan’s good heart. Rysio and his wit and Tadeusz, oh my goodness… and Andrzej, our lover, one of a kind. Great team, a lot of work, but something… cool was created. Thank you,” the director concluded.
