Family Allotment Gardens are an oasis of greenery in concrete cities. No wonder they are very popular among residents and it is difficult to buy the rights to use them. These are places where we relax, grow vegetable and fruit beds, barbecue and integrate with the allotment community, which is why we want to spend as much time there as possible.
Is it legal to live on a ROD plot? The regulations of the allotment holder dispel doubts
Each allotment holder carefully takes care of the appearance of his or her piece of land, so we mow the grass, plant bushes and grow beautiful plants. When we receive permission from the ROD board and build a summer house on it, it opens up new opportunities for us. We no longer have to return to the apartment with loads every day just to go to the plot again the next morning. And so, day after day, we live in the ROD, completely unaware that we face consequences for this.
does not prohibit sleeping in gardens, but the regulations clearly state that they cannot be occupied:
1. The plot cannot be used for residence. 2. Residence is understood as staying with the intention of focusing and pursuing one’s life matters. 3. The allotment gazebo on the plot in the ROD is not a residential facility; staying there cannot constitute the basis for official confirmation of temporary or permanent residence.

In what cases can you lose a ROD plot? Be sure to familiarize yourself with the law
Ignorance of the regulations can lead to disaster, so read the regulations and use your garden with caution. Each person is obliged to use the area in accordance with its intended purpose. If you stay on the plot many nights in a row, you may be accused of breaking the regulations, which will result in the management board being able to terminate your plot lease agreement. This may also happen when you run a business there, avoid paying mandatory fees, set up an illegal animal farm or grossly neglect it. Before terminating the lease, you will receive an instructive document, and if you do not comply with it, you will irrevocably lose the right to use the plot.
