Although Jerzy Połomski passed away over 1.5 years ago, the matter of his estate still raises considerable controversy. It is known that the artist prescribed everything to his manager. Now the woman has revealed what her plans are for his legacy.

He died on November 14, 2022, at the age of 89. An outstanding stage singer, creator of such hits as “Bo z girls” or “The whole room sings with us”, he spent the last years of his life in . Throughout this time, he could count on the indispensable support of his manager, Violetta Lewandowska, who took care of him, as the artist had neither a wife nor children. It was to her that he decided to leave his entire fortune and artistic legacy. Now it has come to light what the heiress’s plans are for her.

After the singer’s death, Lewandowska stopped appearing in the media, although speculations about her taking over the estate continued. She did not want to answer questions about what she planned to do with it, explaining that they concerned her private life, which she did not want to share with the public. It cannot be denied that the greatest curiosity was aroused by her intentions regarding the over 100 square meter apartment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, worth over PLN 2 million, in which Połomski lived all these years.

No one lived there and no one appeared there, said one of the neighbors.

There were rumors that she was planning to sell the property, as she did the same with the summer house she inherited. However, the manager still does not intend to comment on the matter and maintains that this topic only concerns her private life. – I am not commenting on the apartment – ​​she said firmly in response to Super Express’s questions. She also emphasized that fans do not have to worry about any souvenirs or precious works of art that the singer has carefully collected over the years. She assured that she planned to donate this and all the awards he won to one of the museums. – I definitely want to donate Jerzy’s memorabilia to a museum, either to the Museum of Warsaw or to the Museum of Polish Song in Opole. Certainly nothing will go to waste. There are a lot of these things. Fryderyki and other awards, photos, photo albums, song lyrics and many other things that will surely please his fans, she declared.

In the same conversation, she also shared the idea of ​​​​organizing a festival named after him. In this way, I want to honor his memory, his contributions to Polish music and remind me of his considerable artistic achievements. – We could also organize a competition with Jerzy Połomski’s songs, or a competition named after him, or simply with his repertoire.
