– In general, we are observing an outflow of employees from the service sector. This is related to, among others, with reduced interest in working in Poland among Ukrainian citizens. They go to Germany, Scandinavia and Canada for better wages. These are markets that were once inaccessible to them. Before the outbreak of the war, they had to pass language exams and it was difficult to obtain visas.
