“Millionaires”. He exchanged the question for PLN 250,000. The next one was even worse

In the latest episode of “Millionaires”, Tomasz Witkiewicz heard a question worth PLN 250,000. The participant hoped that replacing it would save him from ending the game. Unfortunately, the next question turned out to be even more troublesome.

In Monday’s episode of “Millionaires”, Tomasz Witkiewicz again sat opposite Hubert Urbański. The sailor from Gdynia answered the first nine questions correctly, and he still had two lifelines up his sleeve: question exchange and the audience.

“Millionaires”. A question worth PLN 250,000 about the cabochon cut

This time, the participant started the game with a question worth PLN 250,000. It sounded as follows:

What is true about the cabochon cut?

  • A. is also a brilliant cut;
  • B. has triangular-shaped walls;
  • C. has many facets;
  • D. has no facets

Mr. Tomasz thought about choosing the correct answer for a long time, but eventually asked the presenter to change the question. When asked to indicate a hypothetical answer, he stated that he would select the option “C: has many facets”. However, the correct answer was “D: there are no facets”. Thanks to the exchange of questions, the participant could continue the game, but he did not enjoy his decision for long. The next question turned out to be even more troublesome.

“Millionaires”. A question worth PLN 250,000 about “Timeless Time”

The question for PLN 250,000 was:

“Nieutracony Czas”, describing the fate of an intellectual who joined the mainstream of life in the 1950s and finally stood on the only right side, wrote:

  • A. Marcel Proust;
  • B. Stanisław Lem;
  • C. Władysław Broniewski;
  • D. Stanisław Dygat

Not knowing the correct answer, the participant decided to use the last lifeline, i.e. the audience. However, this did not help much, because the same percentage of votes received two different variants: B and C. Mr. Tomasz did not want to risk losing PLN 85,000, so he thanked Hubert Urbański for playing. The participant left the “Millionaires” studio with PLN 125,000.
