Telewizja Polsat, one of the leading television stations in Poland, recently faced a challenge related to the migration of its journalists to the competitive TVP station. As reported by the Wirtualnemedia.pl portal from unofficial sources, in response to the “scale of departures”, Polsat’s management board clearly articulated its policy during a recent meeting with the editorial team: anyone who decides to transfer to Telewizja Polska will not be able to return to work at Ostrobramska.

According to data from Wirtualnemedia.pl from April this year, the new format of “19.30” TVP1 has gained popularity, attracting an average 1.63 million viewers in March this year, which translates into 13.51 percent. market share of news services.
