  • 150 g of flour
  • 75 g of butter taken straight from the fridge
  • 75 g of sugar

It is best to knead the crumble on a pastry board, which makes it easier to combine all the ingredients. If you don’t have one, a large bowl will do. Transfer the flour, cold butter cut into cubes and sugar. Rub the dough with your fingers to obtain sweet lumps. Sprinkle the prepared crumble onto a baking tray and bake until golden brown.
