The host of Republika TV turned to the Confederation MP, asking: “Is it true that today everyone can say that they have analyzed, for example, the operation of the Constitutional Tribunal, a court judgment or ruling? Can each of us, like Marshal Hołownia, , choose what he will do and what he will not do?
After these words, Dobromir Sośnierz stated that he was not familiar with the arguments presented by Szymon Hołownia. However, the host interrupted the rest of his statement: “Oh no, you’ve already seen it. That’s all,” she said. “And if all this is a bit weak,” replied the Confederate MP, and smiles appeared on the guests’ faces.
However, it disappeared just as quickly, because Dobromir Sośnierz began a monologue critical of the rule of Law and Justice: “Of course, we are at the moment when we have seen the complete disintegration of this country. But first, PiS was driving around for several years, falsified the law, did not publish the tribunal’s verdicts and all sorts of nonsense. In response, he created an opposition that is bent on revenge, completely in violation of the law. If PiS did wrong, they do even worse double legal order… Hence the Confederation’s postulate to meet halfway and decide on a constitutional reset…” he said. Katarzyna Gójska, however, interrupted him mid-sentence, asking: “What should this constitutional reset consist of?”
