Wellman’s words in “Good Morning TVN” shocked her. She appealed to fans. “To be clear”

Copyrights are still neglected in Poland and even the largest television stations often do not respect them. Recently, Justyna Żak, known online under the pseudonym Juszes, found out about this, whose idea and the video documenting it were illegally used in one of the last editions of the program.

Some time ago, Juszesz started the “Planet of the Apes” campaign, which involves collecting small bottles of spirits in the center of Warsaw. So the YouTuber set out to “clean up” the vicinity of the Palace of Culture, carefully documenting its course in a recording, which she then published online. The idea was met with a positive reaction from her fans and received wide coverage in the media. Apparently, TVN also liked him, because a separate material was devoted to him in the “Dzień Dobry TVN” program. It would have been a huge success and additional publicity for the project, if not for the fact that the authors of the report not only did not mention the originator of the action, but also used the videos she created without her knowledge, thereby misleading the viewers.

Right after the broadcast of “Dzień Dobry TVN” there was a stir on the Internet, and fans started asking Juszes whether she had carried out the entire project on behalf of the television station. So the YouTuber recorded a correction in which she explained that she was shocked by the whole incident. She showed fragments of the above-mentioned edition of the program, in which Dorota Wellman and , announcing the material, presented it as if TVN was the client of the action. – The problem is the so-called monkeys. We decided to collect the monkeys in a public place – said the host. While she was talking about the project to her guests, fragments from the film Juszes appeared on the screen, in which she collects bottles and throws them into a container. – These were our collections – she summed up the recording.

Juszesz did not hide her bitterness, explaining that TVN was neither the originator of the campaign nor participated in it, and the only person who supported it in its implementation was its partner. – To be clear, these bottles were not collected by Mrs. Dorota Wellman and Mr. Marcin Prokop or any TVN employee, but by me and Panato on our own initiative – she said firmly. She also emphasized that the station only tried to mark it in small print, which, as it turned out, was not sufficient even for the presenters. – There is a small link to my TikTok in the corner, but as you can see, it was not a sufficient marking if the host makes such a mistake – she said. Finally, she emphasized that she hoped that a similar situation would not occur in the future. Internet users were equally moved, which they expressed in numerous comments, encouraging her to pursue her rights in court.

– fans wrote. Some of them suggested that the hosts of the program had no idea about it, because they only read a script that someone had prepared in advance. This was also confirmed by , who also commented on the influencer’s entry.

I also think that Dorota didn’t know anything about it, that’s probably how it was presented to her. Or someone didn’t ask. Maybe the screenwriter wrote that into the script? I would contact the publisher, because the publisher is responsible for the entire episode.
