He is supported by the Polish Music Foundation, which – as Skiba notes – has been taking care of musicians who have gotten into trouble due to random events or illnesses for over twenty years. “The foundation currently takes care of and supports several musicians in need. The insurance and pension funds are too small to provide them with care, purchase the necessary medicines or rehabilitate the sick and abandoned,” writes the singer Big Cyc on Instagram. That’s why he’s asking for support:

They were involved, for example, in helping the family of a drummer who died suddenly, a double bass player recovering after a serious operation, or supporting musicians suffering from cancer.
You can also help by contributing to a sub-account of one of the targeted collections. In this way, the foundation collects money, among others: for Elżbieta Dmoch from the band 2 plus 1, the family of the deceased Bart Sosnowski and the twins Helena and Milena Gąssowski.
