The Spanish Association of Literary Critics (AECL) announced this Saturday in the Lugo municipality of Ferrol the winners of the Spanish Critics Award, among whom are Olatz Mitxelena (narrative, Arrain hezur bat eztarrian) and Harkaitz Cano (poetry, Ulu egiteko bolondres bila).

The winners in the narrative category were Raúl Quinto, with the work King Shadow’s Hammer; Manuel Veiga, with Lose the beasts; Olatz Mitxelena by Arrain hezur bat eztarrian (the only woman among nine awards) and Pasqual Farràs, for The need.

Regarding the poetry category, they have fallen to Ben Clark, for Demons; Anton Lopo by Diaries / 1. Azul Monforte; Harkaitz Cano, with the work Ulu egiteko bolondres bila; and Marc Granell, with the book gel starter.

For its part, the distinction for the best foreign book translated and published in any of the official languages ​​of the State has gone to Hernán Díaz, for the work Fortune.
