“Ranczo” is one of the most popular Polish series, which still enjoys unflagging popularity, and has also promoted many stars. Some, however, gave up on further careers. This is the case of Anna Stępień, who played the role of the Solejuk family’s only daughter, Kasia. It’s hard to believe how much she has changed over the last few years.

Even though eight years have passed since the last new episode was broadcast, it still enjoys unflagging popularity, and fans of the series still eagerly return to it and follow the fate of the fictional inhabitants of the village of Wilkowyje. The main character is Lucy Wilska, an American of Polish origin, who, after her grandmother’s death, moves to the manor house she inherited from her, which significantly influences the fate of the other characters. Among them, the Solejuk family, i.e. Kazimiera (Katarzyna Żak) and Maciej (Sylwester Maciejewski) and their seven children, enjoyed great sympathy. The series couple had one daughter, Kasia, played by Anna Stępień for years.

Anna Stępień, i.e. the series’ Kasia Solejuk, has been playing in the series since the first season, and she made her debut at the age of nine. Even though she was a supporting character, she gained sympathy from the audience. As Kasia in the series, she had two thick, dark braids and straight bangs falling on her forehead. It was her girlish hairstyle that was her hallmark. Today it is difficult to recognize it.
