The latest German Netflix series titled “Canters” immediately became a real hit. Just a few days after the premiere, it became the most watched series on the platform in Poland, overtaking the last hit of the website, “The Three-Body Problem”, which was created by the creators of the cult “Game of Thrones” and the Korean science fiction production “Parastyle: The Gray”.

The production begins in Berlin, where Charly, a retired burglar, lives. Soon, his dark past catches up with his old friends. Gangs competing with each other across Europe are racing for a priceless treasure, which the main character is forced to steal.
He soon begins an unexpected collaboration with a petty criminal, Joseph. Together they will have to face gangs from Berlin, Vienna and Marseille and ensure the safety of Charly’s loved ones. “They will only succeed if they entrust everything to their own friendship. This is how an action-packed and daring journey across three borders begins,” we read in the press release.
The German series has eight episodes ranging in length from 39 to 66 minutes, making it a quick watch. On the Filmweb website, the production has only 70 user ratings, while on the international IMDb website it was rated by 419 viewers. Currently, on both websites, the average rating for “Canters” is 6.9/10, which may encourage many to watch it.
