This year, the Pol’and’Rock Festival will take place for the 30th time. The organizers of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World have prepared unique surprises on the occasion of the anniversary. The line-up of the event will soon be filled to the last artist, but it is already generating lively discussions among fans.

Pol’and’Rock Festival 2024 will take place on August 1-3. The stages will again be erected at the Czaplinek-Boryczno airport, where the event has been held for several years. The announced stars of the event include Clawfinger, Electric Callboy, Enej, Flapjack, Flogging Molly, Guano Apes, Modestep, Motionless in White, Sick of it All and T.Love.
More artists have just joined the set. On the Small Stage we will see Zenek Kupatasa and Mery Spolsky. However, it is the group that will appear on the Festival’s Big Stage that aroused the most heated discussion in the comments.
The legendary Paktofonika will perform at Pol’and’Rock Festival 2024. Fokus and Rahim are rappers well known to the Polish audience and the hip-hop scene. Until 2003, they co-created the legendary band Paktofonika, which ended its activity after Magik’s death. Together they decided to continue their adventure with rap and in 2003 they created Pokahontaz. The artists will appear at the Jurek Owsiak festival as Paktofonika Live Band. The performance “heralds a sentimental journey to the artists’ greatest songs in completely new arrangements, performed together with an extensive team of musicians,” we read in the concert announcement.

Paktofonika is an absolute classic of Polish music, and Pol’and’Rock has never closed itself to rap. Over the years, artists such as Łona, Grubson and House of Pain have played on the festival stage. Despite this, there was a frenzy in the comments. Some event participants cannot come to terms with the fact that at the Most Beautiful Festival in the World you can hear more than just guitar playing.
“I understand that you are taking a break for me so that I can go to Lidl to eat something,” writes one of the festival goers. “The day has come when Pol’and”Rock changes its format and turns into a festival that has nothing to do with guitar banging,” adds another. “You recently turned on the ‘random band generator’ program. Haven’t your accounts been switched to something like Mazury Hip-Hop Festival?” – a fan of the event is in disbelief.
However, the comments are dominated by positive reactions to Paktofonika’s return to the stage. “You’d have to be a complete music ignoramus not to be excited about this announcement. The concert will be amazing, I guarantee it”, “It’s a blast”, “It’s a dream come true”, “Now you’ve impressed me!” – you can hear the voices of the band’s fans.
