Penelope and Colin – this is the upcoming, and by many, much awaited, pair of main characters of the next season of “”. A romantic and quite erotic series – the story of Queen Charlotte is outside the so-called “canon”. Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton, who played Penelope and Nick in the previous parts, will reprise their roles as lovers without memory.
And since “Bridgertons”, there are also quite bold costume scenes of nudity and sex. The series is, of course, about love, but let’s face it, excitement also plays a major role here quite often. The pair of main characters are expected to have numerous you-know-what scenes and build up romantic tension in each episode. How did this work out in Penelope and Colin’s story?

Nicola Coughlan is the first main character of the series whose contract includes special provisions. As a result, the erotic scenes were filmed… twice. They were also edited differently, which made it look more romantic and erotic. One version is the one we’ll see on Netflix in May (the one with sex). The second version was created especially for her parents and could be easily watched by teenagers – clever censorship was used here. And apparently there was something to censor, because, as Coughlan revealed in , they actually broke furniture while filming “those” scenes. However, the actress’s parents will not see this until they open Netflix of their own free will – they will receive a censored version of the series from their daughter:

“Bridgertons” returns to Netflix
The series “Bridgertons”, based on a series of novels by Julia Quinn, is extremely popular on Netflix. It’s a more primitive “Pride and Prejudice”, but has the added advantage that what Jane Austen left unsaid, “Bridgertons” shows directly. Of course, we are talking about the secrets of the alcove, which we see from different angles. It’s a guilty pleasure for everyone tired of modern dramas, delightful and light entertainment.
The third season of “Bridgerton” will hit Netflix in two parts: May 16 and June 13. It will show the story of the romance between Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton, who had a deep friendship in the previous two series.
