On Tuesday, April 2, Telewizja Republika broadcast for the first time a new journalistic program “Piachem w Tryy”. The meeting was led by Michał Rachoń, Łukasz Jankowski and Piotr Lisiewicz. The hosts also included Jarosław Olechowski, who worked at the Television Information Agency until April last year.

In February this year, the journalist took up the position of head of publishers at TV Republika. He made his debut in the program “Piachem w Tryy” on April 5: “For me it’s an amazing moment, I’ve been waiting for this moment for seven years. Because exactly seven years ago I changed my journalistic career to a managerial one,” he said on the air. Let us recall that in December last year, Dariusz Joński managed to determine the amount that Olechowski earned in TAI in 2023. This amount was supposed to be PLN 1.4 million.
The new program took the place of the “Speaking” series, hosted by Jacek Sobala. The format is reminiscent of TVN’s “Contact Glass”. The hosts of the episode talk on-air with a guest invited to the studio about current political and social topics. Unlike the “Speaking” program, the new program will not include calls from viewers.
The head of Telewizja Republika announced that the format has been included in the schedule for some time and it is not yet known whether it will stay there for good: “For now, the program “Piachem w Tryy” is present temporarily. We will see how it fares. Jacek Sobala took a longer vacation, a couple of weeks, so at that time we introduced a new program,” explained Tomasz Sakiewicz. The band is broadcast from Monday to Thursday at 9:45 p.m.
