On Wednesday, April 3 in “Millionaires”, the millionth question was asked once again this season. The lucky winner of the main prize was Mr. Tomasz Boruch, a veterinarian from Warsaw. The participant correctly answered the question: “In what strait are there two islands called yesterday and tomorrow, which are separated by less than four kilometers but have a time difference of as much as 21 hours?”
On Thursday morning, the winner visited the “Dzień Dobry TVN” studio. In a conversation with Ewa Drzyzga and Krzysztof Skórzyński, he revealed that this was not his first attempt at “Millionaires”, because he had already tried to get to the eliminations. When he was invited to the studio the second time, he was convinced that he would not be able to sit opposite Hubert Urbański. The winning was a big surprise for him, but Mr. Tomasz had carefully planned what he would like to spend the money he won in the game.

The participant admitted that he would like to spend part of the amount to help sick and needy animals. He also addressed the viewers of “Dzień Dobry TVN”: “I would also like to appeal to you to adopt unwanted animals and not buy purebred ones,” the winner of “Millionaires” said on air.
Mr. Tomasz is already the seventh winner in the history of the Polish game show. In an interview with Plejada, the participant admitted that at first he couldn’t believe his own win: “I had the impression that I was just dreaming it all,” he said.
Let us remind you that just a few episodes ago, Mateusz Żaboklicki, a poet, playwright and photography enthusiast from Warsaw, also became a millionaire. This is the first time in the history of the program that two participants received the main prize in such a short time.
