He works at Biedronka. She showed what no employee will tell you. “Check out the newspaper”

One of the employees of a popular discount store recorded a video in which she showed what we will never hear from employees of this supermarket. The recording is humorous and has become very popular on TikTok. Some were even moved to tears. “Once a month, every store employee should have a day when they can be mean to customers,” some write.

A Tiktoker who creates content under the pseudonym “Pyśka” (@pyska600), works at Biedronka. The woman often posts various funny videos from her workplace on TikTok, which makes her quite popular on this Chinese platform. It shows, among other things, what it’s like to work in a popular discount store from behind the scenes and what situations the people working there have to face on a daily basis. In one of her latest videos, she revealed “what no employee will tell you.” It must be admitted that it is absolutely disarming.

What would Biedronka employees want to tell us, but at the same time they have to refrain from saying it? The situations that the tiktokerka shows in her video have certainly happened to each of us, and in most cases, we received help every time. The Biedronka employee emphasizes that the material was created only for humorous purposes.

The film begins with a scene at the cash register. When checking out products, the cashier has a problem with loading the code of one of the goods. Then Pyśka throws the product aside and nonchalantly states: “It can be free.” The rest of the material does not disappoint. It is clear from the comments section that Internet users particularly liked the scene at the self-service checkout. We see a customer who, while checking out her purchases, hears the automatic message “wait for help”. Then an employee of Biedronka walks past her and says: “If she loves it, she’ll wait.”

He works at Biedronka. Her recording became a hit. “I do half of these things.”

But that’s not all. There is also a moment when a customer approaches the cashier and asks her to check if there is any more paper in stock. The Biedronka employee agrees, but in fact she just steps aside, takes out her phone and browses something on it. Then she returns to the client and as if nothing had happened, she replies: “No, I’m sorry. We don’t have any more.” There is also a scene in which a customer asks about current promotions. The cashier replies that she has no idea and that it would be best to check it out in the newspaper.

The recording really won the hearts of Internet users, as evidenced by the number of likes: over 51,000. The material is full of comments, including those of former discount store employees. “Once a month, every store employee should have a day where they can be mean to customers, how much stress it would relieve,” says one of the commenters. “Whoever works in trade will understand,” adds another person. “I worked at Biedronka and this situation with paper. I did the same, haha” – another user shares his memories.

How can he not tell me, since I told half of it while working at Biedra

I said some of these things like that

That’s what some say

You’re laughing and I’m doing half of these things and making extra money

But customers would be surprised if they heard such things

However, the latter is probably not fiction

Am I the only person who always seriously checks whether a given product is in stock? Well, unless I have a billion pallets and there’s no way to even check it

– wrote Internet users. But supermarket customers also shared their experiences under the film.

I live in the UK and recently I wanted to buy grapes, and this code didn’t show up even when you entered it. So she said I should just take it and go

This is what a lady at Biedronka told me recently when I asked if milk was still on sale: “You can check it out in the leaflet”

While looking for a salt grinder in Lidl, I approached the lady. At the time of inquiry I noticed these grinders behind her on the shelf and she replied that they were no longer available

Once, my grandmother didn’t know the code for pistachios and she usually counted the nuts for me. If I had known, I would have taken 5 kg
