How many calories do we eat on Christmas? Choose healthier alternatives

On one day of Easter feasting, the average Pole eats up to 3-4 thousand. calories. We don’t move much because we sit at the table most of the time and talk to others. The most caloric dishes are those containing mayonnaise. This applies to both salads and eggs poured over it. Mayonnaise contains a lot of fat and salt, so a better choice would be to replace it with natural yogurt mixed with a bit of mustard. Second place goes to white sausage. When shopping, make sure that it does not contain unnecessary additives and fillers. The podium ends with sour rye soup with egg and sausage, one serving of which contains approximately 380 kcal. To reduce some calories, just replace the fat cream with a low-fat version or yogurt. In the case of cakes, it is safest to eat yeast cake, which has the least calories. There are approximately 207 kcal in one piece.
