After returning from church, cold household members will gladly warm themselves by filling their stomachs with hot soup. Then they are fully ready to continue celebrating Holy Sunday. Serving hot, sour sourdough soup for Easter breakfast is a typical Polish tradition. Of course, white sausage can be served not only with Easter żurek soup or white borscht, but also separately: baked, fried or, most often, boiled.

What to serve for Easter breakfast? Dishes that should appear on the Christmas table have their own symbolism. They are associated primarily with eggs in various forms. They cannot be missing on the Easter table, because they symbolize the victory of life over death. You can serve eggs quite simply, with mayonnaise or , but it is also worth trying more sophisticated dishes, such as: You can choose one filling or several versions – then a platter with colorful stuffed eggs will be an impressive table decoration.
