The TVP Information Center sent a message to the media in which it informs about submitting a notification to the prosecutor’s office regarding a number of irregularities that were allegedly attributed to Jacek Kurski and other persons who were members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board at various times. “This is the result of ongoing inspection activities carried out in the Company,” we read.
Jacek Kurski was the president of the management board of Telewizja Polska in 2016–2020 and 2020–2022. As we read in the announcement, Telewizja Polska SA in liquidation does not rule out the possibility that we may expect further reports of crimes.

“On March 21 this year, Telewizja Polska SA in liquidation sent a notification to the prosecutor’s office regarding a number of irregularities in concluding contracts involving multi-million liabilities, which could have exposed TVP to great damage. This is the result of ongoing inspection activities carried out in the Company.
The notification concerns activities endorsed by the former President of the Management Board of TVP, Jacek Kurski, as well as other persons who were, at various times, members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
Telewizja Polska SA in liquidation does not rule out that the notification of possible crimes will be supplemented with further threads, because control and detailed analysis of documentation in the Company are still carried out on a large scale.
