Although he is a veterinarian by profession, he decided to pursue music professionally, which is his greatest passion. He made his stage debut in the 1980s, and the musical Metro was the ticket to his career. He gained popularity among TV viewers as the host of a TVP program, from which he left after over two decades, when Woronicza was subject to changes caused by the so-called good change.
Robert Janowski will return to TVP. The former host of “Jak to melodia” made the matter clear
After ending his cooperation with the public broadcaster, the presenter did not complain about the lack of work and new challenges. He got a job at Radio Pogoda, where he hosted the series “The Most Beautiful Melodies of Robert Janowski” and the weekend “Concert of Wishes”. Later, he appeared in the program “Aż pozna się zyc” and became the host of the game show “Play Music” on TV Puls. The breakthrough came in 2021, when he took part in the 15th edition, winning the final. A year later, he joined the jury, taking Michał Wiśniewski’s place, and eventually became a permanent member.
When the management of Telewizja Polska changed at the end of 2023, many expected Janowski to return to the “Jaka to melodia” program. However, he was not convinced, as he was preparing for the anniversary season of “TTBZ”, which had recently started. – As always, I host the Concert of Wishes on Radio Pogoda, I also play at the Capitol Theater in the play “Lumbago” and I travel around Poland with my recitals. I have something to do – eloquently.
This is how Robert Janowski lives. The interior of his house is impressive
When taking a break from his duties, Janowski relaxes in his home on the outskirts of Warsaw, where he lives with his wife, Monika. It is surrounded by a large garden with stone-paved paths and neatly trimmed bushes, trees and flowers. On the other side of the building, there is a terrace with wide sofas for relaxing, as well as a barbecue area where the couple spends spring and summer afternoons.
The interior looks equally impressive. It is dominated by light colors, mainly white, and accessories in subdued colors. There are souvenir photos hanging on one of the walls, while the others are decorated with paintings and graphics. There is also a large collection of angel figurines.
The heart of the house is a large living room connected to the dining room with a round table and the kitchen. In the middle there is a gray sofa and a large TV, where Janowski’s family spends evenings watching matches or movies together. The whole is complemented by elegant, antique furniture and a poster. The fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden are also impressive.
Due to the fact that the presenter did not have his own room as a child, he adapted one of the rooms in the house into a private studio. There are various types of instruments, a large collection of records, and replicas of guitars from the most famous guitarists in history.
