Allotment gardens are very popular and their prices are really high, especially in larger cities, where residents are looking for a place where they can relax from the hustle and noise of cars. According to , there are over 5,000 ROD plots in Poland and about 10% of the population, i.e. 4 million people, use them.

If the amount of water taken from the Abyssinian plant is less than 5 cubic meters per day, you can safely use it. However, if the value is higher, you must have a special permit. The regulations result from the Act on and will mainly affect the tenants of the plots, not their owners. Officials are already carrying out the first inspections and checking whether allotment gardeners have permits. If they do not have documents, they will be punished for an offense and the fine may be up to PLN 5,000. zloty. How to obtain such permission? We can legalize Abyssinian water on the plot or apply for a water permit from the Regional Water Management Board.
