Surprising behavior in “Bet on a Million”. Host: This is an extremely difficult and sad situation

An unusual situation occurred in one of the last episodes of “Bet on a Million”. The participants were stressed and did not complete their basic task. The game is over.

In the “Bet on a Million” program, the key moment for each stage of the game is placing the money on the trapdoors. If participants know the correct answer to the question asked by the presenter, they do not lose money. There is even a convenience in the game show, namely the possibility of asking for an additional 30 seconds to reconsider the decision.

An unusual situation in “Bet on a Million”. The participants did not bet anything

Mrs. Marta and Mrs. Renata appeared in one of the episodes. The participants had only one bundle of cash to spend when the question “What was the name of the pirate flag?” appeared on the screen. The answers included: Jolly Roger, Mad Roger and Grim Roger. The players immediately indicated that they did not know the answer.

Mother and daughter had one minute to choose an answer. Mrs. Marta indicated that she would bet on the answer “The Merry Roger”, while Mrs. Renata had a different opinion, she wanted to put the remaining money on the trapdoor with the answer “Gloomy Roger”. In the end, the ladies didn’t bet anything.

Łukasz Nowicki under fire from criticism. The commenters got their answer

This is an unusual situation in a game show. “Do you know what you did?” – asked the concerned presenter. “Yes, we didn’t bet anything,” Ms. Renata realized. Łukasz Nowicki explained that the regulations are inexorable. “The money must be on any of the trapdoors within a minute, and the rest must be empty. Quite an unusual situation in our program. Extremely difficult and sad for me,” the host emphasized.

In the comments below a fragment of the program, viewers accused Nowicki of inappropriate behavior. They reminded the host that he always reminds the participants to put their money on the trapdoors. “It was unfair, Mr. Łukasz, you pointed out to other players that the betting time was coming to an end”, “Łukasz always reminded in the last seconds that the money had to be on the trap door” – we read online.

Profile Postaw na Milion TVP replied to the outraged viewers. “Everyone sees the time and the stopwatch, the ladies used the time in each question,” the administration of the program’s fan page replied firmly.
