In her last Instagram story, the actress referred to those events and revealed new facts in this case. It turns out that the authorities at that time made her life much more difficult. She started the recording by mentioning that during the recording of the program “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, someone asked her about how the situation with the Border Guard ended.
I said that it had long been legally discontinued (although Ziobro filed a complaint after the elections, making life as difficult as possible…) – she admitted.
She later added that some people from the program’s production were completely surprised by the information that the actress had a case in court. This led her to think about adding a few paragraphs about this situation in the book “How did it happen?”, which is the author’s biography.

– Some people really have no idea what the previous rulers were capable of… And since we published the book two years ago, when I started to be intimidated, I completely sank to the ground in fear and shock and didn’t promote it at all. Therefore, I still have plenty of copies. Would you be curious? The title is still valid, says Kurdej-Szatan.
Let us recall that court proceedings were pending against the actress. She was charged with defaming the Border Guard and its officers. She then gave extensive explanations, but did not admit guilt. The case was discontinued by the District Court in Pruszków, but an appeal was soon filed by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw. The final judgment was issued in February 2023, and the case was discontinued.
