The Pamplona group ‘The Killer Swing‘ fires one of its members. The bassist Daniel Ulecia He died at the age of 52 this Thursday after a long illness, according to Noticias de Gipuzkoa. The producer said goodbye to the stage before the farewell tour.

The group announced their separation in February 2023 via an Instagram post. On this occasion they also announced a farewell tour to end more than 20 years of career on stage. The bassist could not be present at the group’s last concerts, held in December at the Zentral hall in Pamplona, ​​says the aforementioned source. However, last year he was able to work in a new version of one of the songs by the Navarrese band, ‘Perlas’.

Before joining the Navarrese band, in 2011, Ulecia was part of the Cantina Bizarro group with his brother Jon. He also collaborated as a producer with Cabezafuego, Exnovios, Los Graves or Las Culebras, notes Mondo Sonoro.
