“Queen of Survival” is a TVN7 reality show that encourages watching mainly because of its controversial participants. The cast of the program included, among others, Ewelona known from “Warsaw Shore”, Monika Miller, Marta Linkiewicz and Natalia Janoszek. The girls must survive in Thailand by overcoming their weaknesses. On the screen, viewers have already seen many times that it was equally difficult for the participants to get along with each other and to face their own pasts.
“Queen of survival”. Natalia Janoszek had a panic attack
As is the case in similar formats, what is important here is not only courage and determination, but also cunning and the ability to form alliances. Ewelina Kubiak was hanging out with her friend from “Warsaw Shore” – Ewa Piekut. However, their friendship, just like in the previous program, turned out to not be lasting. Ewa decided to confide in her unpleasant experiences in her relationship with Ewelona Natalia Janoszek. She offered to help get rid of her former friend, but Ewa soon dropped out of the program.
However, the creators decided that the conflict between Ewa and Ewelina was so attractive to viewers that they brought back the participant. This outraged Kubiak, who decided to resign from further participation in the show. The host dissuaded her from leaving the “Queen of Survival”. The quarreling girls formed a couple and immediately reconciled. They blamed Natalia Janoszek for their conflict.
Medical intervention in “The Queen of Survival”. Janoszek needed help
The participant was very affected by her friends’ emotional games. The celebrity was so worried that she had to call for medical help when she couldn’t breathe. The situation looked very serious. Janoszek suffered a severe panic attack and was unable to calm down on her own, she breathed through a plastic bag, but only tablets helped.
The episode in question can be previewed in Player. The fragment with the celebrity’s panic attack was not cut from the material, the screen shows the shaking actress and the interventions of the doctors.
“I had a panic attack because I realized that I heard a story that touched my heart and I started saving the world, opening myself up, and in return someone used it against me and turned me into a bad person,” Janoszek said in program. The actress did not show up for the next assignment, but she soon returned to her friends. She did not withdraw from the program.
We asked TVN7 whether an episode in a similar form, without specialist commentary and encouragement to use the help of specialists in times of crisis, will also appear on TV screens. We are waiting for the station’s response.
Panic attacks and anxiety are significant signals that the body sends and should not be underestimated. If they occur, it is worth seeking help from specialists who help in understanding and processing emotions – psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists. Psychotherapy is most often able to help control anxiety attacks. If necessary, pharmacological treatment is also used.
