How long before Christmas to sow cress? Plan it in advance

Cress is one of the fastest sprouts and can be ready for consumption just a few days after sowing. It is usually recommended to sow it 7-10 days before the planned holidaysto make sure it will be ready on time. People who want to enjoy it in advance can sow it up to 14 days in advance. We therefore recommend starting sowing around March 20. However, please note that the time required for growth may vary depending on environmental conditions and the type of seed.
