How did she do it? Beata Tadla owes her transformation primarily to healthy habits and regular physical activity. He is also much more conscious of his daily food choices.

In an interview with “Super Express”, she once admitted that she “simply started eating consciously”. – Don’t feed your body, but nourish it. Be what I eat. I gave up meat, white bread, I don’t eat fast food or fried foods. I haven’t drank beer, which I used to like, for over a dozen years – she said.

I try to live in harmony with my body, because I don’t like the gym and I don’t like jogging, so I choose activities that give me pleasure, and Nordic walking is definitely one of them, because then I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts, which I love. Swimming, because then I completely disconnect from the world and it is a kind of meditation. So swimming and Nordic walking are my most common activities, along with yoga

– she revealed in an interview with “JastrzÄ…b Post”. For many years, Beata Tadla has also been focusing on communicating with her own body and listening to her body’s needs. Therefore, among others practices breathing practices. – I also calm down, relax, practice breathing – which is very calming – she added.

The journalist also mentioned that, in addition to meat, she eliminated products containing casein from her menu. This is a type of protein found in cow’s milk, but also in other animal milks available on the market – such as goat’s or sheep’s. This protein is also found in dairy products.
