“Minions” is a huge hit on Netflix. The series is watched by millions
Last week, the production “Gru, Dru i Minionki” from 2017 debuted in first place on the list. The third installment of the series recorded almost 16 million views, and viewers spent approximately 24 million hours watching it. “Minions” from 2015 took fourth place. The fifth one featured the movie “Minions Are a Trouble,” and the sixth one featured “Despicable Me.”
If we sum up the results of the entire universe of yellow heroes, it turns out that viewers around the world watched Minions movies for almost 65 million hours last week. However, other productions also managed to make it to the TOP10.

Second place was taken by the animation “Orion and Darkness”, which premiered on February 2 this year. The podium is closed by another novelty – “Lover, Stalker, Killer” – a true crime documentary by Sam Hobkinson.
Poland does not lag behind global trends in terms of the renewed delight with Minions. In the Polish ranking of the most watched films on Netflix, the first place was taken by “Games, Dru and Minions”, the third place was taken by “Minions”, the fourth by “Minions and the Minions”, and the fifth place by “Despicable Me”. Among the stories about yellow creatures, the list also includes “Skołowany” – a Polish romance, which took second place in the top.
