Mateusz Ziółko has been interested in music since childhood. When he was 5 years old, he started playing instruments and developing vocal skills, although he had never done it under the supervision of professionals. His strong passion led him to create De Vils a decade later, with whom he debuted on stage. Later he performed with the group Detox, and finally focused on his solo career.

Only music”, which he finished as a semi-finalist. Then he released his debut single “Tak Wiele” and decided to try his hand at season 3. This time he was lucky and, under the wings of Maria Sadowska, he was hailed as a winner, winning a contract with a record label.
However, you had to wait until 2017 for its debut on the recording market. Only then was the album “Nanowy” released, which went gold. Later, he took part in the 10th edition of “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, delighting, among others, performing the song “I like to come back there” from the repertoire of Zbigniew Wodecki, which ultimately brought him victory. In turn, 5 years later, his next album “Tak poście” was released, and the songs from it are still conquering the charts.

Ziółko and his first wife, Jadwiga Bukowska, had two sons, Maksymilian and Franciszek. Later he married Marianna Sokołowska, and the fruit of this marriage are Jan and Jakub. Despite his popularity, the artist tries to avoid the spotlight and lives away from the media noise. He does not hide the fact that gives him courage in facing adversities.
As he admitted in an interview for the website, he dedicated most of his songs to God. – First of all, it’s about the attitude of the heart! I believe that I wrote and released my second album with the producers out of God’s inspiration. There are very personal texts, very personal stories. There is also the story of my personal relationship with God. These texts speak directly about Him and the adventures I experienced thanks to Him. I wanted to present this relationship with God to people in an accessible way, he said.
He admitted that for a long time he made his value and well-being dependent on the audience’s reactions. Currently, he does not focus too much attention on it, because he knows what he wants to convey and how. – When I stopped singing for people, I started singing for God, and thus I started singing to people. This is the fundamental difference. I don’t sing for them, but to them, because I know I have something to convey, because I receive it from Him – he explained in the interview. Finally, he emphasized that faith helps him in other aspects of life and gives him the strength not to succumb to temptations to which sensitive individuals in the world of show business are particularly susceptible.
