For this reason, Disney wants subsequent spin-offs to attract not only Jack Sparrow fans, but also a younger audience, and therefore intends to introduce completely new faces to the universe. As reported by the portal, the main role in the production will probably be played by Ayo Eebiri, who won an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe for her role in the series “The Bear”. This is to be confirmed, among others, by: the fact that the actress withdrew from participating in the new Marvel project “Thunderbolts” due to other professional commitments.
For now, the project is shrouded in strict secrecy and it is not even certain whether he will decide to return to his role. It is known that the new installment of the series will focus on the fate of a young pirate, Anne, and her equally young companions, who will set out to distant seas in search of treasure. Initially, Disney plans to direct the film to Craig Mazin, who is responsible for, among others, for success.
