The singer Bruce Sprintgsteen communicated this Friday through his account instagram that his mother, Adeledied at 98 years last Wednesday. Bruce Springsteen (Long Branch, New Jersey, 1949) has shared the news along with an emotional video where he dances with his mother to the song “In The Mood”, by Glenn Miller.

Along with the video, Springsteen has written a fragment of the lyrics of his song “The Wish” (1998): “I remember that in the morning Mom would hear your alarm clock ring. I would lie in bed and listen to you getting ready to go to work, the sound of your makeup case on the sink. And the ladies at the office, full of lipstick and perfume and crisp skirts, how proud and happy you always seemed to walk home from work. It’s not a phone call on Sunday, or flowers or a Mother’s Day card. It’s not a house in “The hill with a garden and a nice patio. I have my car on Bond Street. I’m older but you’ll know me at a glance. We’ll find a little rock ‘n roll bar and go out dancing.”
