After five years of litigating me, dragging me around courtrooms, and prolonged witness testimony, the star of TVPiS and TV Republika – Micha³ Rachoñ has laid down his weapon,” writes Skiba. According to the musician, Michał Rachoń’s attorney “asked the court to discontinue the case.” “It’s kind of like my win by walkover,” Skiba triumphs.
And it’s not the first time. He was brought to trial in the same case by the TVP station, Jacek Kurski and Łukasz Sitek. The musician won the first two trials, and the third case was discontinued.
