According to reports, in March 2015, the party concluded an agreement with the Lux Veritatis Foundation, whose co-founder and president is Father Tadeusz Rydzyk, to broadcast holy masses live on Telewizja Trwam. Each time after 12 months, the parties are obliged to extend or terminate the agreement. It turns out that Law and Justice has decided to continue cooperation with the ToruĊ„ monk’s organization, as evidenced by the negotiated annex signed on January 2, 2024. It clearly shows that by June the Lux Veritatis account will receive PLN 24.6 thousand per month. PLN, and in the second half of the year the rate will increase to PLN 36.9 thousand. PLN per month, which means that in 2024 the organization will receive a total of PLN 369,000 from the group. zloty.

Both documents appear in the official register available on the website. Similarly to the agreement signed with a private person on January 1 in Kielce, which concerns a change in the rent rate. The information contained in the prepared annex shows that renting the premises will burden the party’s budget by an additional PLN 1,205 per month.

Importantly, all these sums are much smaller than initially expected. The Ministry of Justice has suspended voluntary payments from the Justice Fund at the end of 2023, which means that before any payment is made, it is subject to detailed analysis and requires appropriate confirmation. The list of entities whose subsidy was suspended included, among others: Rydzyk’s father’s foundation, which, according to previous forecasts, was to receive a total of over PLN 2.3 million in 2024. It is also worth mentioning that in the period from 2015 to 2023, the organization received a total amount of PLN 22 million from the Justice Fund alone.
