Beautiful, radiant and healthy skin is the dream of many women. When the first signs of aging appear, it requires special care and attention. That’s why it’s so important to cleanse, regenerate and moisturize it thoroughly. Importantly, you don’t need expensive cosmetics for this. Natural products will work equally well.
Is argan oil good for the face? A simple way to radiant skin
Argan oil, called liquid gold from Morocco, is a rich source of antioxidants and vitamin E, making it perfect for fighting free radicals. It slows down skin aging processes, strongly nourishes, deeply moisturizes and regulates sebum production. When used regularly, it becomes radiant, firmer, smoother and minor imperfections disappear. In addition, it has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It will be appreciated primarily by those with mature, dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin, although in fact it will work in every case.
Can you apply argan oil directly to your face? Homemade mask and more
You can apply argan oil directly to a previously cleansed and towel-dried face, like a serum. 2-3 drops are enough. Massage in circular motions, leave to absorb, then apply your favorite cream. Use in the morning and evening. In addition, you can enrich your homemade masks with it. If you want proper nutrition and hydration, prepare:
- half a ripe banana,
- 1 tablespoon of decent, natural
- 1 tablespoon of oat flakes,
- 1 tablespoon of argan oil.
Blend the banana or mash it with a fork, add honey and mix thoroughly. Then add the flakes and oil, mix again and apply the resulting mask to the face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the eye area. Keep it on for up to 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and dry with a towel. The skin will be visibly moisturized, regenerated and soft to the touch. If you want a mask with moisturizing and antibacterial properties, mix the oil with honey and apply it to your face for 20 minutes. However, remember to first perform an allergy test on a small part of the skin.
