The heart of Jurek Owsiak’s house is the kitchen. He emphasized that he and his wife love cooking and whenever they can, they do it themselves. The kitchen is connected to the living room, where the family spends most of their time. The interior is decorated in a classic style with modern elements. What attracts attention is the round table where Jurek Owsiak most often answers e-mails. The head of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity also boasted about an unusual painting. This is the first painting offered at the Allegro orchestral auction. Jurek Owsiak liked it so much that he decided to bid on it. — He’s always with me. Both in the old apartment and in the new one. It’s something that gives color, he said.

The apartment consists of a kitchen connected to the living room, a bathroom and two additional rooms. One is adapted for an office, the other for a bedroom. On the walls in the corridor and in the rooms there are photographs of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, of which Jerzy Owsiak is a big fan, as well as paintings auctioned at other auctions. The activist also hung things on the walls in the bathroom, but as he admitted, persuading his wife was not an easy task. — It wasn’t easy. (…) I first showed her one painting, and then she said that when I drill, I’ll make sure the tiles don’t crack. Because then it could be dangerous, he explained.
