The 6:1 method, developed by chef and culinary expert Will Coleman, comes to the rescue. He shared the instructions on his TikTok profile. The idea is to buy six vegetables, five fruits, four protein-rich products, three starch products, two sauces or spreads and one cool thing for yourself when shopping. For $80 (approx.
