“Dzika” (autographed version) – Bovska for WO¦P

“Dzika” by Bovska grabbed me by the throat – I listened to the lyrics and was also enchanted by the music. This is definitely one of my favorite albums of the year. Now the album with the artist’s autograph can be auctioned as part of the #JedenDzieñD³u¿ej campaign

The subject of the auction is the “Dzika” album with the artist’s signature. The album “Dzika”, containing 12 songs, is an album about a WOMAN and around a woman. It shows the world from a very female perspective. It is about her energy, strength, constant cyclical transformation, suffering, view of the world, love, emotions. This is an album focused, as always with Bovska, on the delicate tissue of what is difficult to describe in words, but which can fit perfectly into a song.

“Dzik” by Bovska

Bovska has undergone a transformation since her last album “Sorrento”. You can hear it in the lyrics she writes and the music she created together with Archie Shevsky – the album’s producer.

The title track “Dzika” is a kind of manifesto of a woman searching for her identity and inner acceptance. The song touches on the intimacy we create with ourselves. The wild girl embodies spontaneity, instinct, and a deep sense of reality.

The image for the song “Wielka Cisza” received an award for a music video in the ‘important message’ category. Together with Filip Skroniec, Bovska also made a documentary film entitled “Iskry” – a documentary about femininity. – For me, the song and the album are a pretext for stories, conversations, reflections and visual reflections – says the artist.

The album is a door to the entire complete world that he creates musically and artistically. She also creates it visually, as it is tradition that Bovska is responsible for the graphic layer of the projects she publishes.
